For pure contentment I've really enjoyed settling down with a cup of tea and watching the evening swim sessions in the first week and athletics in the second. For excitement however, it has to be Toby Roberts winning climbing gold. Unbelievable feat! And 65 medals in total - well done Team GB!

My moment of the games has been the whole thing! I've loved every single second of it. So sad it's almost over.

For my favourite non-British moment of the Games, I'm going for Sweden's Mondo Dunplantis' incredible pole vault gold medal.
Not only did he defend the gold he won in Tokyo but he did it by clearing an astonishing world record of 6.25m.

The moment of the Olympics has to be Alex Yee winning the triathlon from such a seemingly impossible position. Even the commentators had all, but written him off.

Having COVID has meant I have watched a lot of these Olympics, but my moment was when Toby Roberts won gold in Sport Climbing. The agility they show on the wall is incredible, but when his rival slipped towards the end I did let out a cheer.

Greatest individual performance TEDDY RINER, lit the flame, wins 3rd individual Olympic heavyweight gold in judo plus wins golden fight off in Mixed Teams. The GOAT judoka and at home games. Different level. Oh and just the eleven World titles too.

My moment is definitely Bryony Page. To medal at three Olympics and to complete the set with gold. She absolutely nailed her routine and the look on her face when her score came in was magical.

Best moment of the games? For triumph against adversity (a puncture), effort, bravery and sheer audacity, Pidcock in the mountain biking from a GB perspective. But for me, Sifan Hassan’s performance has been the standout. I was there for her 10k warm-up training run for the marathon… she is incredible!
